A block of rooms have been reserved for August 12, 2008 - August 24, 2008. The special room rate will be available until July 14th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
Guests reserving more than one guestroom at a time will be required to provide payment for first night?s room and tax, non-refundable, non-changeable. Should the guest cancel any room up to three weeks prior to the date of arrival, they would forfeit only first night room and tax. Failure to cancel within three weeks prior to arrival, full payment will be charged to the credit card holding for guarantee.
