A Chicagoland native, Nick Landeweer joined Allgauer's and the Hilton Lisle/Naperville in 1989, following apprenticeships as Sous Chef at Charlie Trotter's and the Everest Room. He left in 2001 to broaden his culinary experience and Allgauer's is delighted to have his expertise back home. Chef Nick's blend of quality ingredients, along with classic and creative culinary techniques, has elevated his distinct presentation and taste combinations to perfection.
