Welcome to Hilton, the Official Hotel and Travel Partner to the San Diego Natural History Museum; host of the Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibition from June 2007 - December 2007.

The Dead Sea Scrolls-objects of great mystery, intrigue and significance-are widely acknowledged to be among the greatest archaeological treasures ever discovered. The scrolls link us to the ancient Middle East and to the formative years of Rabbinic Judaism and Christianity.

On June 29, 2007, the San Diego Natural History Museum  will open Dead Sea Scrolls, a unique exhibition of authentic Dead Sea Scrolls. Thanks to the generosity of the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA), 24 Dead Sea Scrolls-10 exhibited for the first time ever-will be on display over the course of the exhibition.

While the scrolls have been exhibited in the U.S. before, Dead Sea Scrolls will be the most comprehensive exhibition of the scrolls ever assembled, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Dead Sea Scrolls was created by the San Diego Natural History Museum  for the Museum specifically, and will not travel to any other venue.
