Icons and Link
To return to your hotel search result list, click the "Back to Search Results" link. Select the 'Print' icon to print the Availability Calendar page. Select the 'Help' icon to open help information about the Availability Calendar.
Travel Date Summary and Calendar
The Calendar displays 31 days of rate availability beginning with your start date. Your start date and length of stay are highlighted on the calendar along with an availability indicator. The Travel Date Summary contains availability for your selected hotel and travel dates. At times, rooms may not be available for a certain date at the hotel you've selected. In an instance where the "Not Available" icon is displayed, you may try a different date or select a different hotel.
Reservations may be made up to a year in advance for all brands.
Reservations must be made:
|- at least 14 days in advance of arrival for Hilton and select Conrad|
|- at least 7 days in advance of arrival for Embassy Suites, Hampton |
Inns, Hampton Inn Suites, Doubletree Hotels and Homewood Suites
|- up to the day of arrival for Hilton Garden Inn hotels.|
Modify Your Search
You can make new selections for hotel, start date, length of stay, or number of guests by changing the fields in the "Change Your Selections" panel at the left of the Calendar and clicking 'update calendar'. A new start date can also be selected by clicking on a date within the calendars. New selections will be reflected on the Calendar and in the Travel Date Summary. Use the Arrow buttons to scroll through other calendar months, then click a new start date to check availability. Selecting a start date where availability is not displayed will refresh the calendar based on your new selection.

Booking a Room
When you've located the availability and Travel Dates you prefer, you may indicate any room type preferences you have about smoking, bed or room type.
Click "Continue" to view available rooms and make a reservation at your hotel of choice.
