Here's how it works
Hilton has partnered with ClimeCo to procure carbon credits for clients who host meetings or events at participating Hilton hotels.
Impactful Reporting
Through our award-winning LightStay platform, it’s easy to predict, reduce and offset your meeting’s carbon emissions. Using data gathered from LightStay, Hilton has developed the Meeting Impact Calculator report. The calculator uses each property’s unique consumption data to create a custom report detailing the predicted carbon, energy, water and waste generated by your meeting or event.
Meet with Purpose Checklist
Hilton’s signature Meet with Purpose Checklist outlines easy-to-implement opportunities to reduce your event’s environmental impact while boosting its social impact.
Apply Carbon Offset Credits
Request that the offer be applied to your next meeting or event contract that has a minimum of 10 rooms on peak. Hilton will offset your event’s carbon emissions as identified by the Meeting Impact Calculator report and will invest in a portfolio of high-quality carbon reduction projects with our partner, ClimeCo.

Carbon Neutral Meetings are offered as part of our Meet with Purpose program, part of Hilton’s commitment to support your organization’s environmental and social-impact goals. With Hilton, you’ll do more than meet, you’ll make a difference in the local community.

Terms and Conditions Available at participating hotels for traditional in-house groups of 10 guestrooms or more on peak along with a meeting and/or event function component. The participating hotel will procure, at no cost to the group customer, the necessary carbon credits to offset the estimated emissions from the meeting or event, based on calculations from Hilton's LightStay program. Offer is not available for citywide events, social or sports team guestroom blocks. Subject to availability and varies by hotel and region. The applicable terms and conditions of the Carbon Neutral Meeting offer will be expressed in the applicable group booking contract signed by the group customer and the participating hotel.
