Halcyon is home to the second location of Butcher & Brew. The original location, which opened in 2016, is located on South Main Street in Alpharetta. Owner Louis Soon also owns South Main Kitchen, located next door to the original Butcher & Brew, and has more concepts in the works. Butcher & Brew is a craft American shop, focused on quality ingredients and eclectic craft beers. Each dish, from the risotto fritters and wings to the selection of bowls and one-of-a-kind sandwiches that use locally baked bread, is crafted to provide a unique experience with every bite.

Named after the popular spit-grilled style of cooking pork, CT Al Pastor will serve a limited menu of authentic Mexican-style tacos and bowls, as well as imported beers, CT’s beloved classic margaritas on the rocks and frozen cocktails including frosé, piña coladas and more. The colorful design of the stall will be reminiscent of CT Cantina Taqueria while offering a grab-and-go option for guests on the Village Green.

From the owners of HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, Cattle Shed is a chef-driven, upscale wine and steak bar offering a selection of over 200 wines, complemented by wine-infused craft cocktails and craft whiskey options.  Inspired by the culinary culture in Charleston, South Carolina, Cattle Shed’s menu features premium cut steaks, charcuterie and cheese boards, and a wide array of fresh seafood and vegetarian options.

Cherry Street Brewpub at Halcyon is an upscale brewery restaurant concept with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, great food, and killer beer. We also have the Brewhouse Bar for adults only featuring a wide selection of bourbons and craft cocktails. Cherry Street Brewpub features 16 housemade draft beers, chef inspired and seasonal menu with the Tanner’s Classics, and a fun, laid back space to hang and enjoy with friends. Gu’s Dumplings has been voted the No. 1 “place to eat dumplings in Atlanta, one of the best Chinese restaurants in America and one of the 49 things you have to eat in Atlanta before you die.” Situated within Halcyon’s Market Hall, the authentic Szechuan restaurant focuses on dumplings, noodles and stir-fry and lets its menu remain fluid, allowing for creativity and customer input.

HOBNOB Halcyon serves refined tavern fare with Southern flair. The menu reflects favorites from the in-town locations, including pretzels with beer cheese dip, pot roast, low country shrimp and grits, pot pie and meatloaf, as well as one of the largest selections of bourbon in the Southeast. HOBNOB will also showcase an extensive collection of craft beer, as well as burgers voted “Best Burger” by the AJC. HOBNOB hosts weekly specials and events, like Thirsty Thursdays where guests can expect drink specials such as $5 mules. The 5,000+ square foot restaurant has two stories of breezy patio space, including a rooftop bar for fresh air dining and drinking.

From Taylor Neary, the owner and head chef of Restaurant Holmes, Holmes Slice pulls inspiration from the old-fashioned pizza parlors found in New York and Naples, Italy. Each pizza is handcrafted with made-from-scratch dough and locally sourced produce in a custom-made, wood-burning oven, all on display for guests to view through a window to the kitchen.

Iron Age offers the full, do-it-yourself Korean barbecue dining experience for guests enjoying intimate celebrations to group gatherings. Since opening in 2008 as metro Atlanta’s first all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue restaurant, the Duluth-based Iron Age has expanded with locations in Sandy Springs, Kennesaw and Toco Hills, as well as Maryland, Virginia and Thailand. Using tabletop grills, guests are guided by staff to cook sizzling strips of beef bulgogi, vegetables and much more.

Never Enough Thyme, which opened its first location in Alpharetta, is a family-owned-and-operated gourmet restaurant that specializes in high-quality, homemade food. The co-owners, Michele and Mike Doyle with Rob and Patrice Pniewski, are relocating the restaurant and expanding at its new Halcyon location. The new location will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will occupy approximately 3,500 square feet and is positioned between the greenspace and CMX.

The restaurant is housed in a contemporary barn-like building that features a crisp, bright interior with natural light and wood detailing. The menu at Ocean & Acre celebrates both local farm communities and coastal cultures with signature smoked meats, seasonal produce, shareable seafood dishes and an emphasis on the raw bar.

Pita is the largest Mediterranean restaurant brand in Atlanta, well known for its gyros, shawarmas, falafel and hummus across the city.  The street food concept brings authentic Mediterranean culture and an open kitchen with cooked-to-order food and features vertical rotisseries, peanut and dairy-free food, certified halal meats and authentic, pure olive oils.

At Salata Salad Kitchen, your salad is what you make it. The new Salata at Halcyon will be the brand’s 10th location in metro-Atlanta and offer guests fully customizable, built-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins will be chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, more than 50 toppings, and 10 house-made, gluten-free dressings, guests can create meals exactly how they want with no restrictions. The fast-casual concept is slated to occupy 2,800 square feet with 55 seats and the restaurant design will feature dining “neighborhoods” intended to suit guests’ various needs, preferences, moods and times of their visits.
