Balloons
Due to the atrium feature of our hotel, we do not allow helium-filled balloons in our facility.
Breakfast Vouchers
All registered guests receive breakfast vouchers upon check-in. Additional vouchers cost $19.00 per person.
Face Coverings
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.
Housekeeping: Tailored to your comfort
Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.
No Parties
Private parties are not allowed in guest rooms or at the pool. People who are not registered as guests and who are in a room that exceeds maximum occupancy will be asked to leave; this is defined as a party. Limits are 3 people for a king-bed suite and 5 people for a two queen-bed suite. Registered guests assume responsibility for damages. All money, deposits, and rents will be forfeited in the event of an eviction.
Outside Food
Please note that Outside Food and Beverage is not allowed in hotel public areas for consumption. We have a restaurant on-site and room service option.
Per Room Occupancy Limits
Suites with one King Bed have a maximum per person occupancy of 3 people while suites with two Queen Beds may have up to 5 people (both maximums include children).
Quiet Hours
For the comfort of all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 10pm nightly. Loud noise, music, and voices; horseplay including running in the corridors and playing on the elevators; high traffic in/out of suites, and loitering are not permitted in hotel suites, the swimming pool or other facilities. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
