We are committed to having a food waste reduction programme in every kitchen as part of our Travel with Purpose goals.
We are proud to be taking part in the UNEP Recipe of Change Sustainable Ramadan campaign.
For the month of Ramadan, we are forensically measuring our food waste, from our production kitchen to the waste guests leave on their plates.
We aim to significantly reduce our food waste by introducing interventions both in the kitchen and in the dining room to try and change behaviors by driving awareness.

Suhoor Buffet: AED 220 per person, including traditional beverages, tea and coffee.
Early Bird Group Offer: AED 225 per person. Valid until 15th February 2026, for groups of 50 guests or more.
