Should you need to make a cancellation or date change, we do require a minimum of 12-hour notice for any single service and a minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa packages. Any late cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged 50 % of the treatment price. All prices are quoted in Emirati dirhams, with local tax & service charge included. Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion subject to your satisfaction with your experience.

The spa provides separate male and female facilities, a range of amenities and disposable garments are provided for your comfort. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. Select locations provide safe deposit boxes for your convenience. Please contact the spa for more information.

We invite you to use the spa facilities including sauna, steam room, ice fountain, whirlpool, and relaxation zones, before and after your spa treatments. We recommend and encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment time, providing you with ample time to check-in and enjoy the thermal facilities. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times in respect of other treatment reservations. For the comfort of all of our clients, eforea spa is a smoke-free and mobile phone free environment.

Spa services and facilities are available for guests ages 16 and above only. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa.

eforea spa gift certificates are the ideal gift for any special occasion, holiday, or for that special someone. All gift certificates must be presented at the time of booking. Gift certificates are nonrefundable, non-transferable, nor redeemable for cash or credit. Please review all terms and conditions.

Please advise us if you are pregnant or have other significant health considerations when booking your treatments. Our professional team will be able to guide and advise you. This will ensure your safety before having any treatments. All our therapists are highly trained and professional draping will be practiced for your comfort and privacy.
