Enjoy a sous vide turkey roulade served with sweet potato mash topped with lemon-thyme meringue, rosemary orange cranberry sauce, roasted root vegetables with brown butter, Brussels sprouts in black garlic miso, sourdough and porcini stuffing, and a Parker House roll. Finish the meal with a decadent maple pecan pumpkin pie.
