Dining & Drinks

The Careenage Bar provides a  modern environment in which to socialise. It offers an atmospheric environment in which to enjoy a heady cocktail and Caribbean "Tapas" menus while relaxing to the sounds of live musicians. The bar  a hull of a keeled boat is stocked with the finest "Bajan" and Caribbean Rum.

The new Cuppa Café coffee shop is located on the lobby level. Designed as a snack on-the-go facility, guests may choose from a variety of specialty coffee, smoothies, teas and pastries. 
Cuppa Café is open daily from 5:30am until 9:00pm.

The Lighthouse all-day dining restaurant is an inviting place to enjoy a full breakfast or a delightful dinner buffet or just to relax with coffee and pastries. Set on the lobby level of the hotel this bright air-conditioned restaurant has ocean views both for guest who choose to dine inside and those who choose to enjoy the cooling sea breeze on the terrace.

Dine on international fare in the comfort of your room or while enjoying the view from your private balcony at Hilton Barbados Resort. Our menu offerings include hearty soups and sandwiches, or a taste of the Mediterranean with pizza or pasta. Vegetarian options are also available. Dishes can be made to order, given notice.

The Grille restaurant is situated at lobby level adjacent to the Careenage Bar. This beautiful air-conditioned restaurant is ornamented with fine drapes and lit with a combination of intimate spotlight table lights and modern chandeliers. The Grille offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can savour the delights of our A La Carte menu which combines seafood and other local produce with the most succulent grilled meats from our in-room grill. Restaurant open Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.00 pm. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The Water's Edge Pool Bar gazebo is a relaxed bar serving casual lunches from our grill menu and tropical cocktails to poolside loungers, beachgoers and any hotel guests looking to unwind outdoors. The bar is on the edge of the pool desk next to the white sand beach on the south side of the hotel.
