In an incredibly busy hotel the service was great - Ibs made us feel like family and was such a pleasant energy during our stay.

The rooms were not serviced once during our stay…it was really shocking…will never recommend this hotel …shocking to say the least

Great experience, no issues. Big shout out to Santiago, the Chilean/Spanish receptionist who went out of his way to help me and my team of boxers this weekend, his help was really appreciated!!!
