大热天没冷气，给出的理由是怕顾客着凉，礼宾服务没有，前台服务一般，酒店只能开窗降温，有的房间默认窗户就是打开的，可见一斑，避雷了

从未见过的糟糕酒店

硬件不錯 軟件完全沒有星級酒店水準，首先入住當晚 門口的工作人員完全不知道要幫忙拿行李 連門都不會幫忙開 接著我訂的是有行政酒廊的房間…但是這間酒店的行政酒廊時間是中午12點到晚上七點半？ 是我看過最奇怪的行政酒廊開放時間…如果營業時間是這樣 建議直接寫在網頁上 隔天自助早餐 熱食攤位可以完全沒有人負責 要煎雞蛋都不知道要找誰….房間水龍頭漏水 要修好幾次才修好…我真的很懷疑這是希爾頓酒店的標準？

非常失望

一直以来，通县（因为是从河北省划给北京的，老北京人还是习惯把通州区叫通县）向来不是好酒店集中的区域。02-06年，我在北京物资学院念大学（物院与中传、二外号称东部三校，但后两者似乎并不愿与我母校为伍，呵呵），那时候，通县没有一家豪华酒店。如今则不同了：环球度假区一堆首旅系酒店（诺金、铂萃等）、三家欢朋（一家在亦庄的通州地界）、希尔顿、即将开业的智选等。

这次五一小长假，我们一家四口打卡的最后一家...
