Minimum age to register
100% 100% of room rate.
50% Fee up to 50% of room rate from 11AM-3PM. After 3:15PM, 100% of room rate.
Accepted credit cards
All reservations must be held with a valid credit card. The credit card on file will be authorized prior to arrival for the full anticipated amount of your stay plus $100 for estimated incidentals. After departure, any unused funds will be released to you according to your credit company’s policy and bank’s processing of returned funds.
Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.
The Hilton Boston Back Bay is happy to receive packages for registered guests and/or scheduled groups and events booked via our sales department. The hotel is able to accept packages up to 60lbs, anything larger will require one to arrange via a delivery service company.
