Hotel is too expensive for what you receive, the beds are not that comfortable. The sofa beds are useless, they are awful. The food for breakfast is bad. Powder eggs. 
They advertise an indoor pool...

Too expensive for what you get

I'm going to start with the positives, because I want to like this hotel and my experience at it. 

First, the people are great. You won't find nicer, more polite people working at a hotel anywhere...

The hotel was nice, in a convenient area for our day trips into downtown Boston. The staff was kind and accommodating, had a room ready so we could check in an hour early, they got us extra chairs...

Nice hotel, a few issues

The front desk girl by the name of Enid Cruz was very rude and doesn't Not help and is needed . One of our rooms had bugs on the sofa bed . We booked 2 rooms together and were given separate rooms...
