SWAY sleep therapy combines various techniques while suspended in a cocoon hammock to induce deep relaxation and a sense of being nurtured.

Unique to Conrad Bali, this 60-minute session starts with a brief meditation to center the mind and body before the participants wrap themselves in a swing-style aerial hammock. The experience of being gently rocked in a rhythmic swaying motion invites the sweet bliss of deep sleep. The session mimics the safety of how one might feel lying in a fluffy cloud or the dark warmth of the womb.     

Participants are tucked in a weighted blanket and provided with a heated eye pillow to evoke body’s natural reaction to calm the nervous system and soothe the wandering mind.
