Vintaged Bar and Grill

Executive Chef Dario Fiorino brings you a premium range of Australian beef featuring wagyu, in-house dry-aged steaks, and sustainably sourced seafood – all cooked on our open grill and balanced with Mediterranean aromas. A native Milanese, Chef Dario’s menu features Italian, Spanish and French influences, exquisitely complimenting the grill’s naturally infused char, scent and flavour.
