In the popular 1890 At The Met, guests can experience a delicious, extensive Hilton breakfast with fabulous views of Brighton Beach. The magnificent dining room features expansive windows, the best sea views along the Kings Road and ornate ceilings.
Our delicious Sunday lunch carvery menu is back and filled with traditional flavours. Three delicious courses with succulent meats served from the carvery, seasonal vegetables and a decadent dessert trolley. Sunday lunch is served each and every Sunday 1pm until 4pm. Bookings are advised.

1890 At The Met is available on a private hire basis Monday to Friday lunchtime and evenings, subject to availability.

Brighton’s Metropole Bar offers the ideal location for a leisurely bottomless brunch, afternoon tea, all day dining or early evening cocktails.  Watch the sunset while relaxing on one of the best terraces along the Kings Road. The menu brings some of the best local ingredients to the table.
Join us for our delicious Bartenders Afternoon Tea, where both sweet and savory items have been inspired by classic cocktails, or indulge in a Bottomless Brunch with 90 minutes of free flowing Prosecco. Served daily between 12 noon and 4pm.

Stayed here for the first time for ease after a local gig, was great to be able to walk here afterwards and not have a journey home.

Hotel was outstanding. Get the train though parking is terrible and very over priced. 

Everything else was great at the hotel, the staff were outstanding. Then you step outside..

Hilton Hotel Great. But save the stress and do it as a day trip via train from London

Advised of building works by email two days before we arrived ,despite booking this months before. Had to access the hotel from a rear door via the car park, no signage  and a tortuous journey...
