Called 4 times, promised email confirmation, non came. Visa charge different than paper receipt. Phone didn't work, not fixed after it was reported. Toaster didn't work, coffee cup lids didn't fit...

This is an average property, sits back a little.  The bed was very hard, seems like an older property. there are many other hilton properties close by.
I would stay at one of those on my next visit...
