Housekeeping: Tailored To Your Comfort
Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.
As part of our reservation agreement with you, our policies help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment.
- Disturbances: All guest floors are quiet zones; excessive noise is prohibited. No more than 4 registered guests are allowed in each guest room at any time. Any guest in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the hotel and is responsible for any charges already or potentially incurred. Guests will receive one warning for excessive noise. If security must visit the room, a $500.00 disturbance fee will be applied. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage fees.
- Excessive Cleaning: Damaged or unclean rooms will incur a fee of $50 to $500. Rose petals, confetti, and other scattered decor pickup will result in a charge. Should a room be deemed unbookable due restoration needs, the guest also will be charged our prevailing best available rate.
- Fire Detectors / Equipment: theWit Hotel may charge and evict any guest or visitor who tampers or interferes with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including smoke detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.
- Registration: A valid photo ID and credit card authorizations are required to verify reservations. Any individual not named in the reservation will be denied room access. theWit Hotel may cancel or modify reservations when it appears a customer engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Suspected fraud is reported to local authorities immediately.
