Hotel staff service attitude is very poor, I live through the integration of the Hilton reservation to a friend, my friend to the hotel, the hotel refused my friend check in, and discriminated...

The hotel reception was very bad

We stayed here for the 2019 World Police and Fire Games.  The staff was VERY HELPFUL!!  The dinner room staff went above and beyond especially Eddy and Adel.  There is onsite laundry so you can wash...

Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu

As always, the hotel staff is excellent especially the housekeeping crew.  Breakfast is exceptional!  There were two things we were disappointed with during our stay:
1.  Smoking in public places...

OMG, smoking is allowed at a Hilton Property?

I ain't stay at lots of HGI, this is the one which impressed!
Receptionists were both professional and smart (Credits belong to the Front desk, always there for me!)

One of the best HGI in Greater China

Having stayed in a number of Hilton Garden Inns, this one is by far one of the nicest properties. Lobby is very nice, rooms are spacious and the hotel really does look only two years old.
