We like staying at Tru hotels.   We enjoy the convenience of a smaller room an the quiet. 
We had booked a king room, but the guy in front of us got the king when he checked in an we got double beds...

Good Stay

Love the Tru hotels. Always clean and the hardwood floors don’t leave any question on the cleanliness of the floor. Rooms are well appointed with what you would need for a quick stay.

Had a terrible experience at Tru Hilton in Allen, TX. We had a 3-night stay. On the second night, we came back to a FLOODED ROOM.  I expected to have the room comped. But no... instead the manager...

FLOODED ROOM - STILL PAID

Property very clean, parking lots clean and bright.. Tru Hilton staff polite and accommodating in my opinion. This is where everyone would like to stay if they were issued very quickly to address it...

Pre check room before arriving, and room was very duty no clean up. request room change at front and 2nd room is still duty and no clean up again, 3 times up and down room to front.
