The Coral Ballroom is conveniently located across from the Emerald Ballroom, and close to the Emerald Registration Desk and business center, can accommodate up to 700 guests. It offers 5,600 square feet that can be broken down into four separate rooms, which works well for group meetings, events and breakout activities.
The spacious and elegant Emerald Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. Located on the Lobby Level of the Emerald Tower, this 9,504 sq. ft. space can be divided into four separate rooms. The ballroom features opulent chandeliers and state-of-the-art equipment. The ballroom’s large foyer, which can accommodate up to 840 guests, is perfect for registration, receptions, and coffee and breakfast gatherings.
The 7,500 sq. ft. Coastal Ballroom can be divided into three equally-sized sections. The ballroom’s foyer is perfect for cocktail receptions or smaller gatherings. The ballroom’s floating ceiling and exterior access allow groups to stage elaborate events and innovative displays.
Located in the Emerald Tower, the secluded Sandpiper, Heron, Pelican rooms are ideal for classroom-style meetings and breakout sessions.
Host events with a technological edge in our 110-seat tiered theater. Located on the lower lobby level of the Emerald Tower, the 1,260 sq. ft. theater features seats with fold-up writing desks.
Host smaller gatherings and conferences in the stylish Boardroom, with space for 12 guests. Located on the Lobby Level of the Emerald Tower, this room features a private bathroom, balcony, and separate foyer area.
