We have a variety of activities and facilities to help you stay active and well during your stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. Work out at our state-of-the-art fitness center, discover our range of water sports, or focus on wellbeing with our beach yoga classes.

Fitness Center

Our fully equipped, modern fitness center is home to work out zones for cardio, strength, functional, and stretch training. Separate male and female zones are available, along with steam rooms and saunas. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the fitness center.

Sports Academy

The Sports Academy offers world class private training facilities for professional athletes and sports teams. We have 6,000 square meters of indoor training space and nine outdoor training pitches.

Enjoy our range of water sports and activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, hydro bikes, and pedal boats. Additional rates apply and life jackets must be worn at all times.
