Clifftop Mediterranean Flavor

Oliverra’s menu is guided by flame, community, and the flavors of the sunny shores of the Amalfi, the spiced warmth of the Levant, and French Riviera elegance. At the core of the experience is The Josper grill, where select dishes are finished over locally sourced, coffee-wood charcoal. Three distinct dining areas—The Dining Room, The Bar, and The Veranda—offer clifftop views and are available for lunch, dinner, drinks, and private events.

Hours: Open Daily, 12 pm – 10 pm | Sunda Brunch, 11 am – 3 pm

Dress Code: Swimsuits and bathrobes are not permitted. Semi-casual attire is acceptable. Resort elegance is encouraged.
