Blu Bar & Grill

Overlooking the resort’s stunning beach with unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, Blu Bar & Grill features large, open-air space with outdoor and indoor seating. It’s located adjacent to the resort’s outdoor pool and courtyard. The menu features delicious casual fare and an extensive selection of creative crafted cocktails. The appetizer list features Smoked Pulled Pork & Chicken Quesadilla, Southern Style Crab Cake, Yellowfin Tuna & Smoked Tuna Dip, and Charcuterie & Cheese Board with fresh fruits, warm bread and crackers. Entrees include Panhandle Pork Chop, Shrimp & Grits, Seafood Risotto, Creole Crab Cake, Filet and Coconut Curry Gulf Grouper. A gluten-free menu is also available and features raw bar items, salads, and grilled seafood, shellfish, and chicken.

Fin Restaurant

Fin Restaurant, located next to the resort's lobby, is open daily for Free made-to-order breakfast. Fin breakfast buffet is popular with guests of every age and includes an omelet station, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon, seasonal fruits, cereals, yogurt, freshly baked pastries, coffee, tea, or juice. Breakfast is complimentary for In-house registered guests, non-registered guests are welcome for a fee.
