Gatsby’s NYE Soirée
Join us for a spectacular oceanfront New Year’s Eve celebration featuring gourmet dining, premium open bar, DJ and live entertainment, immersive experiences, and a breathtaking fireworks display.
Family Friendly Activities
Families can enjoy a lineup of festive kids’ activities throughout the holiday season on our Sky Deck from December 22 – December 26 from 3 pm – 3:30 pm weather permitting.

Holiday Experiences
December 22: Enjoy a festive evening under the stars with one of Florida’s top jazz vocalists performing holiday favorites. Two seatings available at 6 pm and 8:30 pm. Ages 18+.
December 23: Join us in the event lobby at our Hot Cocoa Bar from 4 pm – 6 pm for a delicious cup of Valrhona hot chocolate topped with mini marshmallows, holiday sprinkles, chocolate shavings, and whipped cream.
December 24: Visit our Holiday Pop-Up Lounge and enjoy a magical meet-and-greet with Santa Claus himself.
December 25: Join our culinary team for a fun-filled cookie-decorating workshop. Taste, decorate, and take home your beautifully crafted festive cookies.
North Pole Kids Corner
The North Pole Kids Corner brings holiday magic to life. Join us in the Event Lobby where children can write letters to Santa, drop them in our North Pole mailbox, or decorate an ornament for our holiday tree. Little ones can also gather for a festive story time with one of our enchanting children’s books.
Bright Nights of Hanukkah
Celebrate Hanukkah with nightly menorah lightings in our lobby, December 14–22, 2025. A warm and meaningful tradition by the beach.
