Our Policies
- Please note that the Stone Bath is chargeable. Fees: JPY 1,760 per adult per night. JPY 880 per child (age 4-12) per night. Guests who stay on Floor 6 and 7 (Japanese suite and Japanese Western Suite and Japanese Hilton Deluxe) have complimentary access.
- In accordance with hotel regulations, please be advised that we kindly ask guests with tattoos to refrain from entering stone bath facility located on the 7th floor.
