Carrying or possessing any firearm on hotel property is prohibited, including in an open or a concealed manner. Guests and visitors not abiding by this policy may be asked to leave hotel premises; failure to leave will result in a call to the Grand Rapids Police Department. This policy does not apply to law enforcement officers.

Dogs are welcome, with a limit of one per room. For stays of one through seven nights, a non-refundable fee of $75 will be assessed. For stays longer than seven nights, a fee of $135 will be assessed. Dogs must be on a leash of no more than six feet outside of guest rooms. Health code restrictions prohibit dogs from restaurants and bars, meeting spaces, outdoor patios, retail spaces, fitness areas, or the pool area. There are no fees for service animals, as defined by the ADA.

Loud noise, music, and voices; gathering in the corridors; and excessive traffic in and out of guest rooms is not permitted from 10pm through 8am. Failure to observe these hours - after one warning - may result in eviction without refund. Hotel guests and security will determine acceptable noise levels.
