1600 Bar+ Grille, downtown Houston's upscale casual dining restaurant, brings farm-fresh ingredients to the menu for a just-picked flavor. Featuring locally-sourced seasonal fresh produce, plus Certified Angus Beef and Gulf seafood dishes prepared from scratch to guarantee farm-to-fork freshness. Located lobby-level.
Executive Lounge at R24
R24 Executive Rooftop Lounge will be open for breakfast for all guests staying on the Executive Level floors as well as Diamond Hilton Honors members from 6:30AM-10AM daily. The Lounge offers coffee, juice, water, soda along with breakfast – hot items (oatmeal, eggs, sausage or bacon, potato) as well as pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Snack services will be offered daily from 10AM-5PM, including granola bars, fruit and a selection of beverages. The Lounge will be accessible through the day for the guests.

In addition to traditional Tex-Mex favorites, Pappasito's at Hilton Americas-Houston offers specialty ceviches and crudos, unique to the downtown location. The full bar features handcrafted margaritas and cocktails made with fresh-press fruit juices, along with an extensive list of fine tequilas, beer and wine.
R24 Rooftop Lounge
Experience downtown Houston's new rooftop lounge and enjoy signature cocktails, a vast beverage menu and amazing views of the downtown Houston skyline. Located on the 24th floor, no keycard is required for floor access.
