The Pearl Restaurant and Bar is housed within the city's oldest operating hotel, the Sam Houston Hotel, which first opened its doors in 1924. Chef Steve Haynes' menus pay homage to the landmark 1924 buildings historic roots with classic, southern comfort items that have a modern twist. The emphasis on Texas heritage also extends to the drink menu, including local craft beers and specialty cocktails.
