Nice room, Oblivious Staff

Have been here before and loved it.   Haven't been since Covid.  Super disappointed all the way around.   Floors were filthy.....you could see the smears and our feet were black on the  bottoms...

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the condo for the price that we paid.  It had everything that we needed and the outdoor pool with the waterfall was great.  It was nice that the pool...

We received NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES. . . .NOT EVEN PICKING UP OUR TRASH. We were told it was Hilton's policy that you only receive housekeeping services when you stay 8 days or more,  Hospitality? NO

NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES IF YOU STAY 7 DAYS OR LESS. . . HILTON HOSPITALITY LEADER?  NOT!
