Come and enjoy our summer taste! Located on the fourth floor of the hotel in an outdoor garden, the Terrace offers unique cocktails and dishes by the hotel’s executive chef, Itzik Barak. The cocktails are created in cooperation with the local Thinkers distillery. The Distillery uses revolutionary and environmentally conscious methods, capturing the fresh Jerusalem mountain air and converting it to water.   Alongside the varied drinks menu, the chef created a contemporary Jerusalem menu for a night out in the Jerusalem air, dishes suitable mainly for distribution among the table sitters.
