The Palace evolves with you throughout the day. In the morning, sample an Israeli breakfast buffet and à la carte menu with Waldorf Astoria classics. Our dining room transforms into a gourmet meat restaurant at night with a menu presented by Executive Chef Itzik Mizrahi Barak. Celebrate Shabbat with an elegant Friday dinner and lunch buffet on Saturday.

From romantic dinners to social events, The Palace is a sophisticated choice in the heart of the Old City.

Created by Executive Chef Itzik Mizrahi Barak, the unique menu pays tribute to the chef’s Jerusalem roots and Aleppo Urfali home.

The chef uses local meats, fresh fish, root vegetables, and aromatic spices to craft this Jerusalem-inspired dining experience.
