Our complete line of strength training and cardio equipment includes Precor® dumbbells, elliptical trainers, treadmills, and recumbent and upright bikes.

We also offer a Resort Wellness Walk each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, starting at 7 am at the Main Lobby. Start your day with a two mile walk through the resort while learning about Hawaii culture, the resort, and island along the way.

Signature Naupaka White Flower Ritual

This unique offering begins with a grounding Awa Root and Hawaiian ginger foot ritual and a blend of warmed body compressions incorporating healing herbs. This is then combined with a full-body massage using a warmed blend of white flower lotus, and ylang ylang essential oils dripped on your body. This one of a kind experience will leave you feeling grounded and whole.

The rhythmic sounds of the waves and a panoramic view fill your senses and your spirit as you experience a therapeutic massage. Let your body and soul be calmed by our healing island. Couples can also enjoy this unique experience together.

Volcanic Body Ritual

Our Signature Volcanic Body Pumice includes an invigoration exfoliation with mineral rich properties of sea salt and fine volcanic pumice. Followed by a cocooning of the rich moisturizing properties of coconut butter that leaves the skin exceptionally soft and hydrated.
