Our guests are greeted by the exotic Polynesian dances and music of the Pacific Rim, highlighted by a Big Island Luau Buffet, featuring kalua pig, roasted chicken with mango and green peppercorn sauce, braised short ribs, a variety of tropical fruits, salads, fresh island fish, and a lavish display of island-style desserts.

View the imu (underground oven) preparation the morning of the show at 8 a.m. complimentary.

Doors for the luau open at 6:00 p.m. Imu presentation is at 6:40 p.m. , followed by buffet-style dining. The Legends of the Pacific show begins at 7:45 p m.
