Akari
AKARI with its minimalistic elegant design features high class Japanese Cuisine and service, highlighting fresh products and ingredients, prepared to perfection. The restaurant design inspiration came from the Japanese natural elements Earth, Wood, Metal, Water and Fire which is reflected in the individual designs of the various dining sections within the Restaurant. Choose between the Sushi Bar watching our skilled Chef prepare finest Nigiri ‘Omakase Style’ in front of you, sizzling quality meat and seafood from the Teppanyaki Table, or indulge in traditional service in our Tatami dining rooms. Akari will stimulate your senses and create an unforgettable experience
Kitchencraft
Kitchen Craft is a flexible all-day-dining concept offering a wide variety of local and international specialties. This dynamic restaurant boasts live cooking stations, which means you’ll get to see the action first hand, smell the ingredients and interact with the chefs. Savor well-balanced dishes made with the freshest local produce, including breakfast items, a noodle bar, dim sum options, dinner buffet and more. The restaurant also features a cozy lounge with service from the dessert station, a family-friendly zone and private dining rooms.
QingYa
A bronze sculpture of Pen Zai tree – a symbol of culture, prestige and honour – welcomes you to Qingya, our fine dining Chinese restaurant. Inspired by the mastery of the four arts – the zither, painting, calligraphy and the game of Wei Qi – Qingya boasts unique design, authentic ambience and traditional yet creative dishes made with the freshest local produce. Signature dishes are designed to match the tangy flavour of local Maotai liquor. Our elegant tea counter is the main dining area’s stunning focal point inviting you to witness the delicate art of tea brewing.
The Residence
Enjoy a spacious and inviting living room atmosphere in this functional and social space, a perfect marriage between café and boutique patisserie with grab and go options. This is also the place to share a cup of tea or coffee with friends, afternoon tea with family or just to relax and catch up on reading. In the evening, the Residence transforms into a lounge bar with live music and high quality drinks and cocktails.
