Stayed one night, and so glad it wasn’t longer. Would not recommend this property.
The fan on the a/c unit is so loud and it can’t be adjusted. And the body soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers...

Not a good choice

We stayed at the Tru for two nights while we visited our daughter.  I read the reviews and realized very quickly that people are petty and super negative because we did not have any of the issues...

Great Stay

Decent but not up to Hilton standards. Room was average. Bathroom grout is yucky. Beds are ok. Towels are just fair. No clothes closet in the room. Just three hooks on the wall. Fine for airport stay...

Concept is good but reality is not up to Hilton standards.

One night, but EXCELLENT stay at this hotel. It was needed one night before our return trip to the airport. The hotel is obviously newer and off the strip, and a nice reprieve from all the noise...

Highly Recommend

We waited for an hour after calling for the shuttle- still no shuttle.  When  we called to follow up  the women was very rude and said they had no one to get us and hung up on us.  We got another...

No shuttle and rude staff at check in.
