Spa Policies

Eforea Spa is located in Tower 2 on the first floor, at the end of the hallway. If you are driving, the parking garage is behind the building. If you are taking an Uber or taxi, you will be dropped off at the hotel entrance—please walk down the stairs and turn right to enter Tower 2.

Please notify Eforea Spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule, to avoid a full treatment fee. All no-show appointments will be charged in full. When booking, you may request a specific provider and/or request a specific gender for your massage therapist or aesthetician.

Our therapists are trained to properly drape any part of the body not being treated. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables. Lockers are available for personal items. However, if you are a hotel guest, please leave valuables in the safe in your guest room. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The minimum age for access to spa facilities is 16. A parent liability waiver is required for anyone under the age of 18 receiving a treatment.

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa and salon service received. A portion of the service charge is distributed to the spa and salon staff members who serve you, and the remainder is an administrative fee. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we encourage you to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time to relax and experience our facilities. Arriving late for your scheduled treatment will limit your treatment time, as it will still end on time.

Our Relaxation Area is co-ed and includes a Relaxation Lounge with zero-gravity chairs and blue LED lighting.

Walk-ins are allowed based on availability. We highly encourage reservations, especially on weekends. You are welcome to visit the Eforea Spa by booking a service or purchasing a Day Pass, even if you are not a hotel guest.

Please advise our team of any allergies or medical conditions. You can share this during the reservation process, and again with your therapist prior to beginning your service.

To maximize the benefits of your facial, please avoid the following for at least 24 hours prior to your service: using exfoliating products, spending extended time in the sun, waxing any areas of your face, or having treatments such as Botox, fillers, or peels.

Eforea Spa does not require a dress code; it is an optional clothing environment. For body treatments or massages, many guests choose to enjoy the service without clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the service for privacy. We recommend showering prior to arrival. Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience.

To protect the privacy of our guests while using the spa, we provide tours through our facility for spa guests only.
