I have been a Hilton Honors member since 1999. I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. Nice hotel and clean. Front desk staff overhaul is a must.

A terrific non-gaming hotel option on the Las Vegas Strip

Quiet luxurious location right in the middle of the strip. Nice staff, good food, quick service.  The spa gives some of the best massages in the world and the bed was extremely soft. Huge bathrooms...
