All massages are performed with your choice of an unscented lotion or oil, these are certified vegan, organic, paraben free, fragrance free, nut oil free, gluten free, and cruelty free. Additionally complimentary relaxation, detoxifying or muscle ache aromatherapy blends are available treatments cannot be split between guests. Both spa and pool access must be redeemed on the same day. Happy Hour treatments are not eligible. No additional guests allowed.

Spa Policies

Guests must be 16 years of age or older to use the spa facilities. Guest under 16 can enjoy our spa treatments accompanied by a parent or guardian, but cannot use the spa facilities.
A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. Advance notice of at least six hours is required to cancel or reschedule any service. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to enjoy exclusive spa facilities, including complimentary steam rooms, experience shower, and lounge. Towels, slippers, and additional amenities required will be provided.
The hotel pool and fitness center are for hotel guests only. Local guests and hotel guests with spa appointments may enjoy the spa facilities before and after their services.
We accept all major credit cards. Gift cards are available and must be presented at time of redemption. Personal checks are not accepted. A 20% gratuity will be applied to each service, fully distributed to the spa therapist and support staff who served you.
The La Prairie Spa is a cellphone- and smoke-free zone. Please respect others’ right to privacy. As facilities are separate for men and women, swimwear is optional in showers and steam rooms.
