Spa Policies

• Access to the pool & poolside spa facilities are available and complimentary for Hotel Residents for 1 hour per day of stay, subject to availability.
• Treatments and Day Packages are available to book from 10am - 6pm, subject to availability.
• Children's swim times are 7am - 9am & 5pm - 7pm daily, subject to availability.
• The Gym is open 24 hours a day and is free for Hotel Residents, subject to availability.
• It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 60 minutes prior to your treatment reservation.
• The minimum age requirement for access into the spa facilities is 18 or 16 if accompanied by an adult.
• Robes, towels and flip flops will be provided if you are booked on a Spa Day or Spa Residential package. You are required to wear suitable swimwear in the wet area of the spa. Please remove wet swimwear prior to treatment for your comfort.
• Should you be suffering from any serious medical condition please make us aware at booking stage. It is advisable to bring a letter from your consultant stating it is safe for you to undergo the treatments.
• We do not offer certain treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy. From 12 weeks of pregnancy, we can perform most treatments. To talk through specific treatments we can offer during pregnancy, please speak to our spa reservations team direct at 01423 700 306.
