Our menus are an ever-evolving celebration of flavours that harmonise with the changing seasons.

From the farm, we offer free-range meat including Youngman & Son’s dry-aged beef and lean Texel lamb.

Scallops, oysters, and lobster tails are always fresh from the sea and served with savoury sauces.

All of our meat is completely free range and sourced from local farms within the UK. We select native British breeds for outstanding flavour, texture, and quality. Adults need around 2000 kcal a day.
