In collaboration with Rare Tea Company, we have thoughtfully sourced a tea selection that extends across the globe. To accompany, elevate the affair with a glass of Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs.

For cocktails, we’re honouring the classics; from Martinis through the ages to an ode to the cocktails and their creators who shaped New York’s modern-day bar scene.
