Spa Policies

• Some spa experiences may be unsuitable during pregnancy; no treatments are offered during the first trimester.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
• All quoted treatment times include treatment, preparation, and consultation.
• The minimum age for treatments, spa days, and experiences is 16. Restrictions apply for 16 and 17-year-olds and require guardian approval/accompaniment.
• All prices are per person. Please book in advance.
• Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Cancellation policy: seven days notice for spa days/experiences; 24 hours notice for treatments. A 100% charge applies after these periods.
• A 12.5% service charge will be applied to all treatments.
