Choose from a selection of croissants and homemade cakes prepared by our pastry chef, with freshly brewed coffee and fresh juices. Afternoon teas and light lounge bites are also available throughout the day to enjoy whilst indulging in a little light reading from our well-stocked library, or catching up with emails using our complimentary wireless internet access.

Showcasing spectacular views, Savage Garden is London's exclusive and most wild destination rooftop bar, situated on the 12th floor of the hotel. Admire Tower Bridge from the Terrace, or book a private event in the Wildside, which features a retractable roof. The menu includes imaginative cocktails inspired by the City of London, whiskies, fine wines and bottled beers. *Availability is very limited so please make a reservation before arrival to avoid disappointment. I am currently staying at this hotel. Unfortunately I’m here for 2 weeks. Very bad experience so far:
- a concierge that is never available when I try to call from my room (I try almost every evening...

Not recommended for a long journey

The staff were really friendly and very accommodating. We stayed for three nights at the hotel. 

I always think, people who make you feel welcome is the best part of staying in a hotel.

Left a garment with concierge but the member of staff on concierge did not know what he was doing as he was covering a break. Courier turned up when I was out but the hotel told him they don’t have a...

Dismal service, don’t go here!

I visited for one night in August 2022 with my teenage daughter and I have to say I was very impressed with this hotel for the price paid.

Great price and even better location!

This hotel advertises pictures that are misleading.  The hotel is above the average price so you would expect something nice.
It was such a let down.   Reception are unfriendly and they don’t care...
