Hotel is old and tired. The room smelled musty, and even the bedding felt damp. The air conditioner in the room was substandard while  hallways were freezing. The breakfast was lame with very small...

We expected better from Hilton

Terrible Hampton. Smells musty everywhere.  Both of us were sneezing and had watery eyes after staying here.  Sheets wouldn’t stay on the soft mattress.  I do not recommend this particular hotel...

Major disappointment

Very bland front service help - from check-in through checkout. Tired rooms and facilities.  The absolute, hands down worst guest internet service.  Poorly administered breakfast.  Just very average...

Do they really want guests here?

My family of five were traveling through Marion, Il and reserved a stay at this hotel for both the outbound and return legs of our trip using the Hilton.com website.  On the way out, all was well...
