Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out, and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Housekeeping: Tailored To Your Comfort
Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.
Package Handling Policy
Please include your first and last name followed by the word GUEST, confirmation number, and date of arrival. Our Front Desk department will receive the package and hold for your arrival. A $5.00 per package handling fee will apply.
