Family Policy

Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate. Children 12 years and under enjoy complimentary breakfast from our buffet.

Housekeeping: Tailored To Your Comfort

Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.

Package Handling Policy

Because of the exceptionally large number of packages the hotel receives, we ask that you include your name and date of arrival in the address label. There are usually two address lines - one should include the name under which you made your reservation with 'guest' after it, and the other your arrival date, i.e. HOLD FOR GUEST John Doe / Arrival: 10/20/10 / Cell number 555-555-5555.

Our Front Desk department will receive the package and hold it for you but handling fees do apply for items. Please find the complete handling fee list below. Once you've checked into the hotel, call Guest Services and the agent will have the package delivered to your room. If storage exceeds 5 days, there will be a $25.00 per item per day charge.

Package handling fees may be charged to a guest room, master account, or billed to a credit card. Fees are applied on a per item basis.
