Housekeeping: Tailored To Your Comfort

Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.

Package Policy

Package Policy For a fee, we accept packages for registered guests within 5 days of arrival and hold them up to 14 days after departure. Please indicate on the package label that you are a guest and when you are arriving. We charge $5 each for three or more packages. Fewer items are complimentary. If storage exceeds 5 days, there will be a $25 per item per day charge. Handling fees may be charged to a guest room, master account, or billed to a credit card. Upon check-in, please call Guest Services and the package will be delivered to you.

Payment Policy

Hotel requires a valid credit/debit card to check in. An incidental hold of $100/night will be placed and any additional charges incurred during your stay will be posted against this hold.

Upon check-out, any remaining credit will be released by the hotel. Depending on your bank, this hold could take up to 7 business days for credit cards, and up to 14 business days for debit cards, to be released.
